We are recruiting for a Warranty Administrator to join our Commercial Support Team. This is a crucial role within our fast-paced asset rental business.
About the role:
You will be the first point of contact for customer queries relating to warranties of our rental vehicles and equipment.
You will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Processing warranty claims to manufacturers, following established procedures
- Co-ordinating with manufacturers to ensure accurate documentation and timely resolution of claims
- Address any queries relating to warranty claims
- Providing prompt and professional responses to customer queries, offering assistance and resolving issues effectively
- Generating reports
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team, including data entry, record keeping, filing and reception duties
About the Warranty Administrator:
- Experience working in a hire or service environment or similar
- Strong administration skills
- Able to prioritise workload and manage own time
