We are currently recruiting a Warranty Manager to join the Service Division of a Global Engineering Company providing company support on a facility in Berkshire.

• Ensuring compliance with HSE requirements
• Is aware of, implements and complies with HSE requirements relevant to the role
• Ensure the contractual guaranteed obligation towards the client.
• Processing of damage reports from the client and coordination of realization
• Reporting the project status and progress to the management on a regular basis
• Coordination of annual maintenance with the clients/partners and internal departments
• Ensuring the flow of information within the organisation and bringing about solutions to problems
• Leading regular client meetings
• Active claim management
• Ensuring exchange of experience (feedback from project) with product managers
• Handover of the project to the service
• Actively identifying and initiating follow-up business

Job-specific qualifications Providing technical guidance to people with different tasks within the organisation

• Good process and product knowledge
• Experience in international industrial large-scale plant construction and in dealing with different cultures
• Ability to reason with internal and external contacts
• Can recognise a possible approach based on experience, adapt it to the situation and carry it out.
• Has experience in using standardised methods to solve complex problems.
• Selects and establishes solutions.
• Develops conceptual solutions taking into account operational aspects.
• Has extensive experience in dealing with many different suppliers
• Installation, commissioning and operating experience advantageous
• Good business knowledge
• Ability to coordinate and integrate
• Assertiveness, flexibility and resilience
• The successful candidate will be degree qualified.
• 5 years' experience within the Power Generation sector working on relevant facilities such as EFW, Biomass, CHP or CCGT/OCGT.
