Waste Disposal Operative
Based in Broxbourne, Hertfordshire
Full-time, 37 hours per week
Salary: Pay award pending, April 2024
We have an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused individual with a full, valid driving licence.
In this role, you will be working collaboratively with other team members, providing labour support to our fencing and groundwork operatives as required and assisting with the removal and disposal of work-related debris and other refuse from our properties and estates. You’ll also be responsible for a B3Living vehicle, ensuring that the van is correctly driven and all equipment and materials are safely stored. This is a varied role and a good step into a career in social housing.
Please note, this role will involve working in confined spaces and at heights as well as lifting and moving heavy objects, tools and materials.

You will also be required to have a basic criminal record (DBS) check, which we will pay for.
