Due to a current restructuring, we have a great opportunity to join our Water Equipment Team with a highly competitive salary. Were looking for an experienced Operations Manager to work from our manufacturing facility in Thame. Our range of equipment provision and services are unrivalled and a selection can be seen below.
- Supply and Servicing of Base Exchange, RO, UV, numerous Filtration offerings and Ozone generators
- Dosing & control provision for Cooling Towers, Steam Boilers, Closed LPHW/Chilled Water & Domestic Water Systems
- Working closely with the Water Consultancy and Hygiene teams, supporting them with expert, professional support and advice
- Projects range from a simple dosing pump supply and installation to packaged plant rooms shipped globally

- A proven track record in a Water Treatment/Equipment management role
- Technical competency, ideally with engineering graduate-level qualification
- Essential to possess high level communication skills during liaison with customers, colleagues and supply chain
- The ability to work diligently, methodically and with focus to meet client deadlines
