Job Title: Water Hygiene Engineer
Location: Leicester, Leicestershire.
Salary/Benefits 22k - 32k + Training + Benefits
A position has opened within an industry leading Water Hygiene/Legionella company for a Water Hygiene Engineer to cover contracts across the Midlands/M1 region. You will be responsible for carrying out routine water sampling, temperature monitoring, CWST cleans and disinfection and flushing of little used outlets across, Healthcare, Industrial, Commercial and Facilities Management sites, alongside a team of longstanding engineers. The successful candidate will ideally have experience in using test kits on site and carrying out analysis and dosing of closed systems and cooling towers. For the successful candidate, our client can offer a company van, paid door to door travel, routine bonuses and further training in closed system analysis and use of test kits on site.

Experience & Qualifications:
" Will have previous/present experience working within the Water Hygiene/Legionella industry, working as a Hygiene Engineer.
" Working on closed systems and cooling towrers (Desirable)
" Able to use onsite test kits (Desirable)
" Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety/ACoP L8 guidelines.
" Efficiently organise workload in line with client/company requirements.
" Using PDA/updating logbooks on site.
" Will always have a professional manner.
The Role:
" Working across Healthcare, Industrial, Commercial and Facilities Management sites.
" Carrying out monthly water sampling and temperature monitoring.
" CWST cleaning and disinfections.
" Carrying out sampling and dosing on closed systems.
" Using test kits on site on steam boiler and cooling towers.
" TMV servicing and failsafes.
" Flushing of little used outlets.
" Working in line with relevant Health and Safety/ACoP L8 guidelines.
" Use of PDA to collect information from site.
" Ensuring that onsite logbooks are being kept up to date and accurate.
