Our client specialises in providing comprehensive Water Hygiene and treatment solutions to a diverse range of clients across various sectors- namely education & NHS.

Role Overview:

They are currently seeking a motivated Water Hygiene Engineer to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects, contributing to the maintenance and improvement of water quality standards for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting Water Hygiene assessments in accordance with current legislation and industry standards.
• Implementing and monitoring water treatment programs, including disinfection works and Legionella control measures.
• Sampling of Water Systems
• Undertaking cleaning and disinfection of water systems, including tanks, pipework and cooling towers.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice and guidance on Water Hygiene matters.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the water treatment industry.
• Strong understanding of current legislation and guidelines relating to Water Hygiene and Legionella control (e.g., ACoP L8, HSG 274).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Full UK driving license.
