Job Title: Water Hygiene / Remedial Engineer.
Location: Bristol, Somerset.
Salary / Benefits £22k - £34k + Training + Benefits
We are recruiting for a renowned Water Hygiene / Legionella company who have a strong presence across the South West region. They are now seeking to employ a Water Hygiene / Remedial Engineer to cover contracts across the South West / M4. You will be working on Educational, Commercial, Industrial and Manufacturing sites, carrying out the full range of Water Hygiene duties e.g., water sampling, temperature monitoring, and TMV servicing alongside various Plumbing duties, in line with ACoP L8 / HSG guidelines. For the successful candidate, our client can offer further training, attractive overtime / travel time rates and company pension.

Experience & Qualifications:
" Will have experience working for a Water Hygiene / Legionella company, ideally working as an engineer / plumber.
" Will hold the City and Guild / NVQ L2/L3 in Plumbing.
" Experience working on a mixed portfolio of sites.
" Excellent communication and time management skills.
" Able to demonstrate a working knowledge of HSG / ACoP L8 guidelines.
The Role:
" Working on Educational, Commercial, Industrial and Manufacturing sites, undertaking water sampling and temperature monitoring.
" Cleans and descales of showerheads.
" Testing, servicing, installation, and replacement of TMVs.
" Failsafe servicing.
" Cooling tower cleans and disinfections.
" Cleans, chlorinations, disinfections, installations, and removals of CWST.
" Carrying out various remedial work e.g., deadleg removals, pipework removal and rerouting (Copper & PVC), and mains injections.
" Working in line with ACoP L8 / HSG guidelines.
" Ensuring to updated onsite logbooks.
" Liaising with clients in a professional manner, maintaining rapport.
