This team-oriented position will see you joining our Water Supply Team working around the Rutland area, ensuring that the Water Supply process delivers treated water by carrying out vital routine operations.
You'll be responsible for the day-to-day operational running of water treatment sites. Operating machinery, monitoring processes and problem solving across several sites will all be part of this varied role, as well as maintaining quality compliance and adhering to company policies and procedures.
We'll provide full and on-going training to help you to understand in detail the water treatment process. You will train alongside an experienced Technician, to ensure you gain all the skills and knowledge required, whilst also being involved in a Rota for standby to support out of hours.

What does it take to be a Process Technician?
Are you a problem solver and are you willing to learn about Water production processes
Operational experience would be preferred
You will have the flexibility to work as part of a standby rota which may involve unsocial hours
Ability to work within a process driven industry
You'll need a flexible approach to working hours as you could be required to take part in a standby rota
Excellent communication skills
You will benefit from access to a company vehicle, so a full UK driving licence is essential
There is a requirement to obtain your Water Licence to Operate qualification
