Role Overview: As a WDH Graduate Trainee, you’ll embark on a dynamic journey across various departments. Here’s what you can expect:

    • You’ll rotate through different teams, gaining exposure to various functions such as Housing Management, Finance, Investment, Corporate Services, and more.
    • Each placement will provide valuable insights into our business processes, allowing you to develop a holistic understanding of our operations.

    • Work alongside seasoned professionals who will mentor and guide you.
    • Participate in real-world projects, contributing your fresh perspective and learning from the best.
  • Professional Relationships:
    • Network with colleagues, managers, and industry experts.

  • Exploring New Areas:
    • Try out different projects and initiatives, using your skills to problem solve and come up with creative, innovative solutions.

The role will start in September 2024 and finish at the end of August 2026.
