Role Overview: As a WDH Graduate Trainee, you’ll embark on a dynamic journey across various departments. Here’s what you can expect:

• Placements Across the Organisation:
  • You’ll rotate through different teams, gaining exposure to various functions such as Housing Management, Finance, Investment, Corporate Services, and more.
  • Each placement will provide valuable insights into our business processes, allowing you to develop a holistic understanding of our operations.

• Valuable Experience and Knowledge:
  • Work alongside seasoned professionals who will mentor and guide you.
  • Participate in real-world projects, contributing your fresh perspective and learning from the best.
• Professional Relationships:
  • Network with colleagues, managers, and industry experts.
  • Build relationships that will serve you well throughout your career.
• Exploring New Areas:
  • Try out different projects and initiatives, using your skills to problem solve and come up with creative, innovative solutions.
  • Discover where your passion lies and make informed decisions about your future career path.

The role will start in September 2024 and finish at the end of August 2026.
