My client is seeking an experienced individual to support their Finance Advisors.
Duties of Wealth Management Administrator:
* Process new client applications and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in accordance with FCA regulations.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
* Liaise with third party providers to gather plan information.
* Conduct critical yield calculations and demonstrate a strong understanding of regulatory calculations
* Liaise with clients to gather information and complete account administration tasks.
* Assist with processing client investment transactions, ensuring adherence to compliance procedures.
* Prepare reports and presentations for Financial Advisers.
* Manage client queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
* Maintain a strong understanding of current financial products and regulations.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of efficient administrative processes.
Essential:
* Have a strong understanding of financial services regulations (FCA).
* Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software programs.
* Possess excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
* Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of your work.
* Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
* Are a team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
