A versatile and interesting Business Management role, with direct responsibility to support the COO and CEO of the UK Wealth Management business & entity (Credit Suisse UK Limited, ‘CSUK’), reporting to the Head of Platform Business Management. Responsibilities include:
- Entity governance including managing Senior Management Regime, driving Executive Committee (ExCo) and Operating Committee (OpCo) agenda and content, preparing the COO and CEO for CSUK Board Meetings.
- Lead Officer for the entity for Policies and Procedures.
- Lead and co-ordinate on behalf of the business regulatory inquiries, including FCA surveys, FINMA requests.
- Implementation of Controls processes such as Variations of Permissions, Operational Resilience, Third Party & Intermediaries.
- Resource and performance planning, including Headcount analysis, Expense analysis and control, management of allocated budgets.
- Lead on communication on behalf of Wealth Management COO and CEO, ensuring key messages are efficiently delivered and cascaded to staff.
- Business analytics and strategic thinking, preparing presentations for business cases, Ad hoc reports, and general support.

We are looking for:
- Proven Financial Services experience, preferably in Business Management, or another Administrative function.
- Experience of stakeholder management Highly organised, able to manage a complex workload and prioritise effectively.
- A positive ‘can-do’ attitude with willingness to go the extra mile for excellence.
- An ability to learn quickly with an investigative approach, thinking ahead, finding answers and with the ability to see issues at a high level and in detail.
- Results-oriented, act with integrity, be accountable and communicate openly and truthful-ly.
- Flexible with receiving ad-hoc requests and be able to multi-task and prioritise accordingly while collaborating across teams and departments.
- High levels of attention to detail whilst working to meet quick turnaround times.
- Ability to anticipate risk and react/escalate appropriately.
- Excels in teamwork and collaboration. Ability to build rapport and sustainable relationships with teammates and key front office colleagues.
- Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
