Wealth Management Executive

Location: Berkswell, CV7

Salary: Up to £35,000 with excellent benefits and bonus
Hours: Full time

You will be joining a motivated and friendly team that manage the work generated by the Advisors in this highly successful St. James’s Place Partner Practice. 
Reporting to the Head of Operations, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator from an SJP or Financial Services background who is ready to progress their career.

The Role: Wealth Management Executive

    • You will be providing a high level of technical and administrative support while maintaining an excellent level of customer service to clients of the Practice 
    • You will be preparing new business cases, including any compliance required documentation with the help of an external Paraplanner, taking full responsibility for the client files and back-office IT records throughout the advice process 
    • You will be liaising with clients, dealing with enquiries on their financial strategies, plans and products and supporting Advisers, including preparing valuations, withdrawals, and actioning any changes to circumstances 
    • You will enjoy research and analysis of financial products to meet client requirements and objectives, carrying out CYC, IHT calculations & cash flow calculations where required to support the advice process 
    • You will be preparing client reviews and producing supporting reports and discussion documents 
    • Supporting the Practice to ensure the end-to-end business process is adhered to and tracked efficiently in line with Practice and regulatory standards.

Knowledge, attributes, and experience required: Wealth Management Executive

    • You will need previous experience within an IFA or Wealth Management environment which you are looking to expand and develop 
    • You will have excellent IT and communication skills, be able to manage your own time, priorities, and resources to achieve goals 
    • You will be confident in taking personal responsibility for the quality and timeliness of your work and achieve results with zero supervision 
    • You will have experience of the administration of IHT and/or Investment products 
    • Some experience of the Pension Transfer market, a knowledge of Final Salary Pension Transfer market would be desirable 
    • You may have taken some professional qualifications already or be keen to begin, if so, full support is available to help you do this.
