The Partner- Wealth & Mortgages will be responsible for leading and driving the financial planning side of the business, dealing with clients and overseeing the mortgage side of the business, building relationships and providing financial advice. The candidate must have excellent attention to detail, communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to source new deals and maintain current book of business.Qualifications* Proven experience as a financial advisor, mortgage advisor or a similar role for 3-5 years* Certified Financial Planner/Chartered Insurance Institute or equivalent* Experience with wealth management or investment banking is essential* Strong knowledge of FCA regulations, financial markets, and financial products* Existing book of business, or an ability to develop it, is desirable* Excellent communication skills and an ability to explain complex information clearly with clients* Strong attention to detail, leadership and interpersonal skills* Highly motivated, target driven and a willingness to succeed* Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and referral partners* Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, accounting, economics or related field is preferred
