Analytics & Developer teams:
- Developer team in house, plus supporting agency. Front end dev.
- CRO/ Conversion & UX in house
- Large insight team in house

Role highlights:
- Working with the Marketing & Digital team, reporting into the Marketing Director.
- Equally working with the in house Dev team and CRO Manager
- Need to be able to talk to both teams, interpreting for each and talking ‘their language’.
- You will play a crucial role in improving our online platforms and user experiences.
- Analyse and report web performance and purchase/ customer behaviour to build a detailed understanding of ‘customers’, encouraging a customer-centric approach.
- Responsible for the integration and management of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and user testing.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support on technical integration projects with systems including Live Chat, Cloud based phone and call centre systems.
- Working within our digital marketing and development team, you will gather insights, identify opportunities, and implement enhancements that align with our business objectives.
Must haves:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- TAG Manager.
- Collaborate with front-end developers.
- Have a knowledge of HTML, CSS, & JavaScript to make basic front-end adjustments.
- User Testing. Plan, execute, and analyse user testing sessions to gather insights on user behaviours, preferences, and pain points.
Desired skills:
- Experience with A/B testing and usability testing
- UX/UI Design. Working with in house designers, contribute to the development of user-friendly interfaces, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Experience with analytics tools and personalisation / automation platforms
- Knowledge of SEO
