Vertu House, Gateshead
We are looking for a Web Analytics Analyst to work alongside our Digital Marketing and Web Development teams. You will be primarily responsible for Marketing Analytics development, delivery and optimisation to develop insight and drive improvements. This role will be based with our central marketing team in Gateshead, and we offer hybrid working for this role. We are offering a basic salary of up to £35,000 for this role.
Key responsibilities:
- Digital marketing analytics development, testing and delivery.
- Management of multiple Google Analytics accounts and profiles
- Provide actionable insight on marketing campaigns, channels and promotions.
- Maintain and develop Google Tag Manager and the tracking tags & pixels within the container which sit across our front-end web sites.
- Implementation of tagging across our web properties aligned to KPIs and Goals.
- Build, develop and maintain data models, data automation systems & dashboards.
- Provide support and technical analytical advice to our digital marketing team.
- Provide briefs into web developers, both front and back end to ensure that our tracking implementation is as optimised as it can be.
- Developing and maintaining attribution models to be used for performance insight and CRO.
To be considered for this role;
- You will have Google Tag Manager web tracking implementation experience in an online retail digital marketing team.
- You will have experience of developing analytical insight for a Digital Marketing team to improve the performance of digital marketing channels.
- You are highly adept at working with complex marketing data to summarise & present to managers with clear actionable insight.
- You are confident in developing reports and dashboards with visualisation tools.
