Role - Web Analytics Manager / Analyst CRO aka - Digital Analyst, Digital Analytics Manager, Digital Data Manager, CRO Analyst, CRO Manager, SEO
Salary - 42 - 47K + 11% Pension + 25 days rising to 29 and free entry to lots of great places + discounts (food etc)
Location - Central London 2-3 days WFH (36 hr week)
We currently seek a Web Analytics / CRO Specialist to work alongside a Digital Engagement team consisting of teams supporting the web presence, ongoing development and content creation to help analyse the customer journey and deliver clear actionable insights across primarily their web presence and also other media e.g. YouTube, podcasts etc.
The role
Key to the role will be leading the websites CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) strategy and goals aligning customer journeys with purchases.
Provide data support to the Web team to improve SEO Rankings including recommendations e.g. correct metadata in use for data capture
Manage A/B Tests with third party services / tools to provide actionable insights on web usability
Lead and Manage data gathering / reporting regarding other platforms - Proprietary Apps, Audio Guides, Youtube, Social Media
Identify appropriate data to be captured for Digital and embedding digital analytics into products
Be the champion of third party data support agencies and tools such as - Looker Studio, Search Console, SEMrush, CRO and Search engine tools. Also looking forward rge use of AI
You
The right candidate would have solid experience of delivering most of the above in a commercial setting.
You will have experience of Google Tag Manager
Experience in presenting data / dashboards using Power BI or similar
Working with unstructured Web Analytics data and use of KQL – Kusto Query Language or similar
