Location: Horncastle / Boston / Spalding

We are recruiting for a Web Application Developer to join our ICT team here at Public Sector Partnership Services. 

You will be a critical resource in both the development and delivery of our Company and its Clients Web and intranet presence. 

This role will play a pivotal part in the effective development and delivery of high performing digital services designed to improve and enhance the end user experience of the Company, its Client Councils and the 300,000 residents of the districts. 

The team is currently undertaking a significant and wide-ranging project to replace our existing CRM system.  This project, using the GOSS Digital Platform, provides the opportunity to develop enhanced and accessible digital services, often with back-office system integration, to our extensive customer base, therefore experience with the following from GOSS would be advantageous:

  • Forms
  • Integration & Endpoints
  • Advanced Workflow 

Outside of numerous Web Application projects the team are responsible for providing comprehensive support, to defined standards and service levels, in respect to Web Application development; designing and implementing application enhancements; performing required scheduled maintenance; providing guidance and support to business areas in respect to the use of new digital technology. 

What we need from you:

  • Previous experience in the design and development of websites that deliver functional services for customers, communities and stakeholders with usability, accessibility, performance, and security in mind
  • Previous experience in developing websites, web forms and workflows that integrate with back-office systems/data
  • Qualification in web development / programming
  • Developing practical and creative solutions to company and customer problems

PSPS (Public Sector Partnership Services) is a Local Authority Trading Company (LATCo) which is wholly owned by East Lindsey District Council, South Holland District Council and Boston Borough Council. The Company operates from its offices in Spalding, Boston, and Horncastle.
