Skills Required:

• Front-End Development: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create visually appealing and responsive user interfaces.

• Responsive Design: Ability to design websites that work seamlessly on various devices and screen sizes.

• User Experience (UX) Design: Understanding user behavior and creating intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.

• Graphic Design: Skills in using graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to create stunning visuals.

• Content Management Systems (CMS): Experience with popular CMS platforms like WordPress or Drupal for easy content management.

• Web Frameworks: Knowledge of web development frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

• Crypto Reconciliation: Familiarity with software like Coinpad, Koinly and Zenpad to extract valuable transaction information of digital assets, tax reporting of crypto currencies & crypto reconciliation experience.

• Writing Smart Contracts: Must have the developmental knowledge about how to write smart contracts of different crypto currencies i.e. (Ethereum, Bitcoin, Cardano) to offer smooth crypto transactions over web.

• SEO (Search Engine Optimization): Familiarity with SEO best practices to ensure websites rank well in search engines.

• Web Performance Optimization: Ability to optimize website loading times and overall performance.

• E-commerce Integration: Experience in building and integrating e-commerce solutions into websites.

• Version Control: Proficiency with tools like Git for collaboration and code management.

• Web Security: Knowledge of web security best practices to protect digital assets from cyber threats.

• API Integration: The ability to integrate third-party APIs for enhanced functionality.

• Cross-Browser Compatibility: Ensuring websites work consistently across different web browsers.

• Analytics and Tracking: Good command on tools like Google Analytics to monitor website performance and user behavior.

Experience (Desirable):

• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of Web design and development projects, including those relevant to the digital asset industry for the Web developer & for marketing associate we demand strong prior experience of marketing and advertisement in similar business.

• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with digital assets, cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and related concepts.

• Smart Contracts: Must have a prior experience of smart contract writing and web 3.0 development

• Web Development: Familiarity with multiple web development languages and frameworks.

• Project Management: Experience in managing web development projects, including timelines & budgets for the web dev & marketing associate should have experience of team management.

• Collaboration: Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams, including designers, marketers, and content creators.

• Client Interaction: Effective communication and client relationship management skills.

• Problem Solving: The capability to identify and solve technical challenges and bugs.

• Adaptability: Staying updated with the latest web development trends and tools, especially in the digital asset industry.

Qualification Requirements:

• Masters/Graduate Degree: A relevant Masters / Graduate degree

• Certifications: Relevant certifications in web development, design, and digital asset management or specific platforms and technologies are Desirable

• Professional Organizations: Membership in industry-related organizations and communities is Desirable

• Continuing Education: Demonstrated commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

• Strong References: Positive references from past clients or employers highlighting your expertise and reliability.
