Web Development Director

What you’ll be doing:

·Leading and managing internal technical resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects.

• Responsible for the overall service development of the Digital team.
• Providing expert technical guidance and advice across the agency and to clients.

·Leading and managing the Web development program for the agency.

·Leading and developing the strategy to deliver a profitable division to the agency.

·Identify user and system requirements for new websites and applications

·Prioritize software development projects, set timelines and assign tasks to team members

·Strategic leadership to the digital team and manage client relationships, expectations and budgets and timeframes.

• Generating new business and revenue opportunities for the Agency.

·Research on and integration of new and evolving technologies.

·Hands-on creativity and delivery on Technical as required.

• Daily line management of Web Team as well as any other staff that fall under the remit as the role and the team develops.
• Raising the profile and reputation of the agency in the Digital domain.

·Participate in training and development opportunities, staff performance appraisals and reviews as required.

·Comply with Data Protection Regulations regarding processing customer information at all times.

• Developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with all colleagues, and coaching, advising and leading members of the team to deliver strong results.
