Job description
You will support commercial and business growth, customer engagement and communication requirements through; Implementation of mobile; data; UX and customer engagement strategies, providing direction for web operations and leading, managing and supporting digital projects across the business. In addition, you will support continuous improvement of the web platform .

Minimum of an HNC/HND or equivalent in a relevant subject e.g. Marketing, IT/ Business Web/MultimediaMinimum of 3 years experience in development and improvement of a large Enterprise level websiteExperience in system performance analysis and statistical reporting, data analysis and presentation/ reportingExperience of working in formal project environments/ testing Experience of managing internal/external customer and stakeholder engagement, including management of digital supplier contracts Experience of working in an agile project management environment with experience of managing concurrent projects , Accredited in formal project manager (foundation)/ in recognised project management methodologiesExperience of digital project management using PRINCE2 and/or Agile project management methodologies
