To develop and support the Council’s online digital services including web-based technical solutions, Social Media and digital channels to improve the quality and efficiency of online Council services to maximise the opportunities for customer self-service, communication and engagement.
To work closely with Council services and external suppliers, providing guidance, advice and project management support.

The Grade of this post is Grade 3 / Level 10; the hourly rate is from £23.07 to £24.26 and the annual salary is from £42,103 to £44,274.
The successful candidate will work from home; however, office attendance may be required for meetings.
