Are you a data-driven Website Content Manager looking to join a high-growth and exciting team?
We are working with a leading premium co-educational, international provider of private education facilities. They are a high-growth organisation with over 11,000 employees and currently have a portfolio of 100+ schools currently operating across Europe, Asia-Pacific, Africa, the Middle East and Latin America.
Due to their continued growth, they are now looking to hire a Website Content Manager to join their Digital Team.
The team is responsible for the performance of the company's websites across 100+ schools globally. You will join an established team of experts across paid marketing, SEO, CRM, UX design and Web Optimisation.
As Website Content Manager you will work closely with a digital team and be responsible for all website activities such as conversion rate optimisation, content editing & copywriting and technical investigations, including site speed audits.
The ideal candidate will be someone with a real passion for managing and optimising websites through data-driven insights. In addition to having an eye for great content and the ability to think outside of the box, you will have the motivation to see your work have a real impact on the business.
This role will sit within the digital team consisting of 5 individuals, with a wider marketing department made up of 20 employees and a total company headcount of 150 people.
This is a full-time permanent opportunity paying up to £40K basic salary plus 10% bonus.
Additional Benefits include 25 days annual leave allowance plus bank holidays, as well as hybrid working, 3 days min in office, ideally more! Offices are in central London near Piccadilly Circus/Green Park.
Skills and Experience:
- At least 2+ years' experience in a Website Content Management position.
- Previous experience working with Drupal / WordPress CMS.
- A track record of managing and optimising a content-rich digital experience.
- Comfortable with data, using it to make informed decisions and for reporting purposes.
- Outstanding copywriting skills.
- Solid understanding of the digital landscape and what that means for digital content, including web design, performance marketing and conversion rate optimisation.
- Experience with website/SEO analytics tools (e.g. Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, GSC, AHREFS).
- Understanding of conversion rate optimisation frameworks and User Testing methodologies.
- Excellent critical thinking and analysis skills
