As a Website Manager you'll be central to designing and planning of complex changes for our public websites.
You'll need to use great digital knowledge and experience to make sure that changes, including larger projects, happen on time and within budget.
You'll be using a thorough understanding of website production processes, governance and controls, technical capabilities, influencing and managing all levels of stakeholders and most importantly keeping the customer at the heart of all changes.
This is a 2-year secondment.
The difference you'll make:
Providing websites expertise and information to the business to support delivery of the best outcomes for our customer and business, using sound knowledge within Customer Relationship Management, Behavioural Economics, Innovation Principles, Data Science, Digital Marketing or UX
Providing web expertise and information to the business
Creating seamless, consistent, and efficient website customer journeys and experiences
Building relationships and working with different product areas to create a great website
Helping with day-to-day running of the web team including coaching and developing colleagues
Delivering the customer strategy, which is aligned to and supports the business vision and purpose
What you'll bring:
Knowledge of project management skills, website content management systems and digital operations
UX knowledge of the end-to-end digital/website journey and digital marketing
It would also be nice for you to have:
An understanding the financial services industry, our organisation and regulatory environment
An understanding of data and insight to help shape user experience
An innovation mindset, looking to achieve seamless, consistent, and efficient customer journeys and experiences across channels, products, and segments
Experience of motivating a team to deliver and work with a continuous improvement mindset

This role is based in Milton Keynes and our current expectation is at least 2 days in an office every week.

How we'll reward you:
As well as a competitive salary, you'll enjoy a benefits package that you can tailor to your needs. For fixed term contract roles, your salary, bonus (where eligible) and certain benefits will be prorated to reflect your contract duration.
We put 8% of salary into your pension, even if you don't contribute yourself. We'll pay in up to 12.5% of salary, if you contribute as well, and you can take some of our contribution in cash if you prefer
30 days' holiday plus bank holidays, which increases to 31 days after 5yrs service, with the option to purchase up to 5 contractual days per year
