Your role will be instrumental in driving the success of the business by seamlessly integrating Website Performance with the overarching digital marketing strategy of the firm.
Responsibilities
- Work with the Performance Marketing Manager to align Website Performance.
- Implement an optimisation roadmap.
- Create reporting dashboards to analyse the performance of the website.
- Work with departments to ensure the website is fully optimised.
- Ensure the website meets the demands of the firms’ users.
- Ensure the website is fully optimised for SEO, both technical and on page.
- Proactively find and test ways to improve Website Performance.
- Stay on top of trends and new technologies.
- A/B testing page elements such as text, imagery, and CTAs.
- Liaise frequently with the web development agency.
- Report on the impact wider marketing activity has had on the website’s performance.
Requirements
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrable experience in CRO, U/X and website-based SEO.
- Demonstrable experience in website reporting (ideally in Universal Analytics or GA4).
- Demonstrable experience with A/B testing.
- Comfortable with managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Data driven with an ability to interpret and visualise data sets.
- Proactive mindset and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable with managing expectations from multiple stakeholders.
- Experience working with Umbraco, or similar CMS.
- Experience with using an SEO tool such as SEMrush or Site Improve.
