A fantastic opportunity has opened for a Wedding & Events Executive to join our team at Waterfront Southport Hotel.
No two days are the same in hospitality and the ideal candidate will thrive on securing new weddings & events as well as maintaining relationships with our existing clients.
The ideal candidate will have a mixture of sales and organisational skills, demonstrate first class customer service, and be adaptable, all while showing a keen eye for detail.
You will professionally co-ordinate a variety of contracted meetings and Events, including weddings. This will involve agreeing the event details with the customer, and then liaising with the hotel's operations team to ensure we deliver an efficient and memorable event.
To do this you'll need to show:
- First class customer service
- Adaptability and the ability to quickly switch tasks under pressure
- A keen eye for detail
This is a 12 month fixed-term contract for Maternity Leave cover, working 5 days a week, one of which must be a Saturday.
