Weekend Chef

As a Chef at Sodexo in Nelson House, Middlesbrough, your knowledge of cooking and organizational excellence will lead the way. What you’ll do: 

• Lead the kitchen facilities and plan all meals & assist with prep
• Order supplies and keep records of spending and compliance
• Monitor sanitation practices ensuring to follow standards and regulations
• Prepare, produce and present food in volume for a small group of residents
• Be capable of working alone, but able to communicate well
• Keep Health and Safety at heart of what you’re doing

What you bring:

• 2 years of experience in hands-on cooking
• Experience of working to strict food hygiene standards
• Experience in following recipes and open to cooking many cuisines
