You will offer a full range of treatments to fulfil different client needs and objectives. All applicants must have excellent customer service and organisational skills, and a high level of professional practice.Essential ResponsibilitiesPerforming treatments to the highest standard and delivered with the utmost professionalismPersonal appearance is to be immaculate and professionalWorking towards retail targets and upselling productsContinually develop product knowledge with various brands such as Elemis and JessicaWorking with an enthusiastic and motivated attitude when dealing with clients, guests and colleaguesFlexibility with working both during the week and weekendsResponsible for achieving own Spa sales targets.Actively up-selling services during customer interaction.Encourage bookings of the Spas treatments to enquirers in person and on the telephone; communicating new ventures and recommending appropriate services to potential customers.Qualifications & CharacteristicsBeauty Therapy NVQ Level 3 or equivalentPassionate about the Spa and Wellness world.Willing to deliver the best service and experience to our guests.A valid UK/ EU work permit: Required
