Location: Near Towcester, Country Hotel and Spa

Type: Temporary (13 weeks) with potential for Permanent

Shift: Morning/Day Shifts

Hourly Rate: GBP10.50 per hour

Job Overview: As a Weekend Room Attendant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Your attention to detail and commitment to creating a welcoming environment are key to the success of our client's hospitality experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Execute thorough cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms and common areas in accordance with established standards.
2. Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish amenities to ensure a pristine and comfortable atmosphere.
3. Conduct visual inspections of rooms, promptly reporting any maintenance issues.
4. Collaborate seamlessly with the housekeeping team, prioritizing tasks for an efficient workflow.
5. Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
6. Engage with guests in a courteous and professional manner, addressing special requests or concerns with a positive attitude.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in housekeeping or a related role is advantageous.
2. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
3. Excellent time management skills for efficient task completion during morning/day shifts.
4. Physical stamina to perform manual tasks and lift/move cleaning equipment.
5. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays based on the assigned schedule.
6. Positive attitude, effective communication skills, and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
