Job Description
Term: 6 month contract with possible extensions
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday
Location: Oxford Road, Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire, SL9 8TE

What you'll be doing;
- Monitor and record all incoming and outgoing vehicle movements via the weighbridge system.
- Manually entering data into the system only following an IT breakdown or a manual transaction signed off by the line supervisor/manager.
- Working strictly within the company guidelines and policy.
- Checking duty of care paperwork
- Issuing instructions to drivers/contractors of vehicles entering and leaving the site as required to ensure Health and Safety and operational procedures are adhered to.
- Provide excellent customer service when answering calls.
- Receive and direct deliveries and visitors.
- Perform administrative tasks as and when required
- A flexible approach to working hours and the willingness to work outside of normal hours is required from time to time, this may include working Saturdays.
What we're looking for;
- Computer literate
- Organisational skills
- Strong communication skills
- attention to detail and
- Have the ability to work with minimum supervision
- Must hold a valid UK driving licence
- Experience of working in a similar operational environment and previous weighbridge knowledge is desirable but not essential
