Duties
- Recording of Information – you are responsible for the recording of information on deliveries and despatches in compliance with both the company’s, statutory and Environmental Agency requirements.
- Accurate out turns of received material – it is your responsibility to achieve the most accurate measure of received material you can, and record this in a timely and accurate manner on the system. The second part to this is the accurate grading of the material that has been received.
- Reporting on Customer accounts – It is your responsibility to ensure all vehicles that come onto the premises to deliver metal is recorded on the correct customer account.
- Pricing of Material – As part of your role you will be allowed to value those loads that are being delivered where a price has not been agreed. You will price these loads within the pricing parameters that you will be given on a regular basis by the Managing Director, and in his absence by the Operations Manager/Director
- Customer Compliance with Company Health and Safety
- Ensuring the implementation and maintenance of health and safety standards within our organisation.
- Organise and manage documentation related to health safety and environmental compliance for internal and external audits. Update safety management system.
Essential
