As the public face of our properties, you’ll provide a warm, friendly welcome, give information about the property, answer questions and make sure everyone has an enjoyable and memorable visit.
Salary: £5605.60 per annum
Contract/duration:Permanent - This role is based on annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year
Hours/working pattern: March - October (2 Days a week + Holiday Cover).
Will also be required to attend occasional staff meetings/training when the property is closed to the public, November-March.
Reporting to your Visitor Experience Officer, you’ll be part of the Visitor Welcome Team working at A la Ronde.

What you'll be doingDay to day, you’ll deliver a great all-round customer service experience. You’ll be on hand answering queries and listen to what our visitors need so you can share the right information. Your role is to make sure our visitors have the best day they can and you’ll have the chance to be involved in many different aspects of the visitor experience.
Motivated by achieving targets, you'll actively promote ways to support the trust through active membership and will open conversations about our conservation purpose.
