Welder Fabricator

We are looking for a Welder Fabricator to join the AGS Mobile Seed Plant processing team, based at Nayland, on a permanent, full-time basis.
You will support the workshop fabrication team with the in-house manufacture of our bespoke mobile seed processors. Alongside this, you will have the opportunity to drive to farms and process farm saved seed, checking quality of the seed, taking samples and maintaining mobile machinery, always ensuring the site/machinery is clean and tidy and health and safety processes are always adhered to.

About You
- Welding and fabrication/engineering or coachbuilding experience.
- Mechanic/Bodyshop experience would be advantageous.
- Agricultural, engineering or grain handling experience would be an advantage, but full training will be provided for the right candidate including, PA1 & PA11.
Your Role Will Involve
As a Welder Fabricator, your role will involve:
- Help build and develop our mobile seed vehicles.
- Establishing a framework of working practices that will enable the machine operator to produce the very best quality seed.
- Establishing good and safe working practices.
- Assisting in meeting the demand of the production of mobile seed plants.
