Welding Manager, Bellshill, Salary £55,000 to £62,500 per annum + Overtime Opportunities & Long-Term Prospects.
Welding Manager required to join a leading engineering manufacturing company based in north Lanarkshire. Our client is a market leader working on large scale industrial welding projects across the UK. As the Welding Manager, you will hold a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation and success of our clients welding department.

Key Responsibilities Of The Role:
- Creation of comprehensive project documentation including ITPs, Welding Documentation, NDT Documentation, etc.
- Oversight and management of welders' qualifications.
- Development and publication of WPQRs & WPSs.
- Leadership of welding activities integral to our business operations.
- Conducting internal audits to assess welders and procedures.
- Assumed control of welding procedures within our organisation.
Role Requirements:
- Proven experience in heavy engineering.
- Track record in delivering successful projects within defence, power, and nuclear environments.
- In-depth knowledge of welding, ideally holding the role of a responsible welding coordinator.
- Minimum of five years' hands-on experience.
- Desirable: IWE/EWE Welding Diploma or working towards it, CSWIP Welding Inspection certification.
