SalaryJob Title: Welfare/General Labourer
Location: Maidstone, Kent
As a Welfare/General Labourer, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our client's construction sites run smoothly. From maintaining welfare facilities to supporting general labour tasks, you'll be an integral part of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Keep welfare facilities, including toilets, break areas, and temporary offices, clean and tidy.
- Assist in setting up and dismantling site accommodation.
- Help with general labour duties such as moving materials, clearing sites, and supporting tradespeople as needed.
- Always adhere to health and safety regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
- Carry out any other tasks as directed by the site management team.
Requirements:
- DBS check (Disclosure and Barring Service).
- Green CSCS card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme).
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
- A strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and follow instructions.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
