Job description

The Employer is: THE RESOURCE CENTRE DERRY.To answer the telephone, screen and direct calls as appropriateTo help with triage as and when required, to support with demand and capacity.To take and relay messages efficiently.To greet visitors, put them at ease and direct them as appropriate.To deal with queries from the public and customers and provide information to callers.To ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization, especially managers and driversTo contact drivers where necessary to relay information or ascertain whereabouts.To monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness.To schedule appointments for the Advice Service and maintain up-to-date diaries in conjunction with Advisers..

  • Maths and English Grades A-C.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work with other professionals.
