This role sits within the UK People & Culture Inclusion & Office Operations team which has responsibility for Diversity Equity & Inclusion, Employee Wellbeing, Health & Safety and Office Operations for the UK Head Office.
The Duties:
- Support the implementation of the Health & Safety programme in developing and implementing effective health and safety systems.
- Supporting the UK DEI & Wellbeing Manager in developing and implementing the employee wellbeing programme.
- Creating content and supporting with the delivery of all internal engagement campaigns and communications.
- Providing financial administration back-up and support for office related events.
Skills Required:
- Ideally educated to Degree level or equivalent
- NEBOSH diploma or equivalent or willingness to work towards
- Previous experience working on Health & Safety activities
- Knowledge of current Health & Safety legislation
- Demonstrates a strong interest in people and culture
Our client is paying a salary of £42k dependent on experience.
