Job description

If you are passionate about making a positive impact on the mental health and well-being of individuals and families, we encourage you to apply to join our dedicated team as a Community Mental Health Practitioner. You’ll be responsible for enhancing the care for service users with complex mental health needs by planning and implementing appropriate care using validated rating scales, risk profiles, assessment protocols, and individual care plans.

 

If you have:

·         Experience working in mental health services.

·         The ability to assess and manage risk using a therapeutic framework.

·         Excellent prioritisation skills
