We are looking for a fluent Welsh speaker to work for one of our fantastic clients in Cardiff. This is a full-time temporary position working 37.5 hours Monday - Friday with a degree of flexibility and will last for a minimum of three months. There is an immediate start available
Please note fluency in Welsh is essential for this role
What will you do as Receptionist?
- Meet and greet visitors
- Act as the first point of contact for phone calls
- Deal with personal emails
- Assist with administration support to the wider team
- Liaise with maintenance and facilities team
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
What type of skills/experience do I need to be considered for this role?
- Previous experience in an administration role
- Ability to manage own workload and work with minimal supervision
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Previous experience using Microsoft Office
- Ability to create and maintain great working relationships
