Accessible Wetroom Plumber (Planned Works)
Location: West Yorkshire
I am working with a social housing provider in search for a wetRoom Plumber to join their planned works team.
Our client is committed to ensuring safe and comfortable living spaces for their tenants across West Yorkshire. The Planned Works Team focuses on proactive improvements and adaptations to enhance the quality of life for their residents.
Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Accessible Wetroom Plumber to join the Planned Works Team. You will play a crucial role in planning and delivering wetroom installations that meet the highest standards of accessibility and functionality.
Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our Planned Works Team to design and implement wetroom installations.
• Prioritise safety and compliance with disability access guidelines in all plumbing work.
• Install accessible wetrooms and bathrooms in our social housing properties.
• From inspecting the subfloor, levelling, cutting & fitting drainage, membrane installation, drainage outlet sealing, tanking primer and coating, tiling and finishing.
• Provide expert advice on adapting bathrooms to meet changing tenant needs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a plumber, particularly in wetroom installations.
• NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (or any other valid plumbing certificate and qualification)
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Benefits:

• Salary £32k - £34k per annum
• 34 days annual leave per year
• Monday to Friday 40 hours per week, no weekend / call-out work
