Wfh Telephone Debt Collector

My Client is looking for experienced Telephone Debt Collectors to join their growing team, this is a work from home opportunity after initially spending time in theirs offices for induction and training.

As you are handling payments, you would need to pass a DBS background check.

Whilst working from home, you would be working the usual 'office hours', Monday to Friday.

You must be an experienced telephone collector, preferably with use of dialer systems too, and be happy assisting telephone customers with payments and any other issues relating to their accounts.

Interviews would be held in Cardiff.
