We are looking for someone who is passionate about KILLSTAR and being part of a growing Wholesale Team. In this role, you will be responsible for being the representation of the KILLSTAR Brand, working closely alongside our Wholesale Manager to grow our Wholesale Account portfolio. Based within our Brighton HQ, we are looking for an individual who possesses excellent communication skills, is passionate about customer experience, and is excited to grow within a team environment. What You’ll Do:


  • Engage and support with key accounts.
  • Support the Wholesale Manager with strategy implementation for the wholesale direction.
  • Assist with the organisation and execution of trade shows and Wholesale events.
  • Manage the B2B Digital Website for Wholesale Accounts and Customers.
  • Support the training, coaching, and development of the Wholesale Administrators.
  • Nurture, expand, and engage the wholesale client base, delivering a best-in-class experience.
  • Ensure client compliance with KILLSTAR’s brand expectations.
  • Maintain regular communication with wholesale clients, ensuring awareness and adoption of upselling and cross-promotion opportunities.
  • Adhere to and make recommendations to improve policies and processes which align business interests and client needs.
  • Relationships building with existing and new customers.
  • Conduct sell-through analysis and bestseller reports to support the Product Team.
  • Ensure consistent, thorough, and accurate documentation of wholesale orders across administrative and fulfilment functions.

Your Experience Includes:


  • Working within a client services environment, specifically working with different customers and building strong relationships.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving business goals, both individually and as part of a team.


Bonus If You:


  • Have experience of coaching or mentoring junior team members to progress within their career.
  • Have experience working with different accounts and customers.
  • Have a passion or affinity for alternative lifestyle/fashion or KILLSTAR’s products.


Work Location and Hours:


This role will be based at our Brighton HQ, United Kingdom. This role will be performed on a hybrid working arrangement, consisting of a minimum of 3 Days per week in the office, and 2 Days working from home.

This role is a full-time position of 37.5 hours, with hours worked between 08:00am – 06:00pm, Monday through to Friday.
