Wholesale and Ecommerce Administrator

Working for this London based womenswear brand this role is a pivotal one in the business ensuring the smooth and efficient operation by managing orders, providing excellent customer service, and supporting various aspects of the business.
You will be working with Wholesale and Ecommerce customers. A natural communicator you will be able to address customer enquires and resolve issues effectively and quickly.
You will also need a great eye for detail monitoring stock and inventory levels and ensuring all product information, styles, and quantities are correct.
This business is thriving and has a great office with huge showroom space in North London. Parking available.
This is an office based role. Working hours Monday to Friday 9-5:30.
