Our Client requires an experienced Wholesale Coordinator to join their team for a minimum period of 6 months.
This Division provides Wholesale stocking finance for their networks in the UK. The Wholesale Department is split between admin and risk. The department is responsible for the support, financial analysis, and management of Wholesale risk.
Working as part of a small team, the coordinator’s role is the first point of contact for the network dealing with all asset-related issues. The main focus will be on the wholesale stocking system, adhering to all set controls, and providing a high level of service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
- Be the main point of contact for the network regarding any funding system queries, and take responsibility for the resolution of each query or refer to senior managers.
- Ensure all admin tasks about Wholesale are completed to a timely, accurate, and professional standard, in conjunction with company policy and procedures.
- Reconciliation of monthly stock invoices.
- Be able to create new finance products on the Wholesale Banking System.
- Training internal and external users of the Wholesale stocking system. Which from time to time will require visits to dealers in the UK.
- Liaison with IT for system bugs and work requests.
- Carry out daily tasks, such as producing reports for management, processing Recycling, Experian, stock audits, emails, letters to dealers, etc.
- Regular finance reconciliations.
- Good understanding of Wholesale finance products and regularly promote to clients to increase Wholesale income.
- User guides to be kept up to date.
- All procedures and processes are to be kept up to date.
- All policies are to be read and understood as and when required.
- Good knowledge and understanding of Micro-Strategy Reports.
- Support the credit team whenever required.
Protect the interests of the business by minimizing risk, ensuring system controls are followed, identifying, and resolving any issues relating to the Wholesale system where possible, and advising the line management.
Qualifications, skills, and experience:
Required:
Good understanding of the Wholesale systems (WFS).
Proficient user of Microsoft Office programs including Excel.
Previous experience in building relationships with all levels of stakeholders.
Ability to deliver work in an accurate and timely manner ensuring a good eye for detail.
Desirable
Accountancy qualifications.
Previous experience in finance reconciliations.
