Wholesale & Production Internship

Pippa Small is looking for a full-time paid intern to join the Wholesale & Production team.

Pippa Small is a luxury and ethical jewellery brand based in Notting Hill. Pippa approaches jewellery design differently, working with Fairtrade, Fair Mined materials, generating secure livelihoods in areas of conflict around the world. From her core collection in India, her support of hand panning gold in Colombia, to community efforts with Turquoise Mountain in Afghanistan, Myanmar and The Levant, we work to encourage and sustain these communities.

Responsibilities:

Wholesale

• Assisting with the organisation, processing, and critical path of Spring Summer & Autumn Winter seasonal collections, twice annually. Assisting with display shipments for wholesale seasonal markets for fashion week. Assisting with quality control issues. Assisting with wholesale deliveries and shipping. Assisting with stock deliveries to the shop floor. Assisting with creating linesheet selections for trunk shows. Carry out additional tasks as requested by the management and office team.

Production

• Assisting with the processing of jewellery shipments when received from suppliers.
• Preparing jewellery for Assay Hallmarking.
• Assisting with stock management including updating stock availability and pricing linesheets.
• Imagery management including uploading imagery to POS stock system.
• Carry out additional tasks as requested by the management and office team.

Skills and Experience

• Undergraduate degree required.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and Powerpoint is required.
• Previous experience in wholesale or production is preferred.
• Knowledge of working with gemstones.

Further details

• Working hours are from 10am to 6pm.
• Minimum of 6 months contract with the possibility of extending.
