SJC is managing the recruitment process for a highly reputable, multi service law firm who are looking for a Qualified Probate Solicitor to join their office in Bolton/Horwich. The firm offer a competitive salary, a friendly working environment and the opportunity to progress.
The Role -
* Manage a varied caseload of Wills & Probate transactions
* Provide a friendly, knowledgeable and professional service to all their clients
* Work as part of a team to deal with elderly clients and grieving families
* Attend nursing homes and at the private homes of elderly clients
* Take initial instructions for Wills and Powers of Attorney
The Candidate -
* Must be a Qualified Solicitor, 0-2 years PQE
* Knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act
* Excellent accuracy and attention to detail skills
* Motivated, friendly, confident, reliable, team player
