The Role
We are currently seeking to recruit a commercial window cleaning operative. You will be working on various client buildings in Coventry/Leicester/ Nottingham and surrounding areas, so a good knowledge of these districts is required. Experience preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
Job Description
The role will involve cleaning internal and external windows, facias and surrounds. Your day-to-day tasks will include the use of a reach and wash system and traditional window cleaning techniques removing dirt and grime from windows and glass surfaces using a non-abrasive cleaning solution, water, and rubber squeegee blades then using a scrim to dry around the edges of the glass. Ensuring that the window cleaning equipment is kept in good working order and reporting any issues to line Manager. Company vehicle and uniform will be provided.

- Must be able to work comfortably, competently and confidently at height.
- Ability to adhere to working procedures and Health & Safety policies/guidelines.
- Ability to operate as part of a team or individually as required.
- Display a conscientious and logic approach to the variety of tasks.
- Flexible attitude to work.
- Excellent standard of customer care and be able to confidently communicate with clients.
- Full UK driving licence.
- The ability to work with various apps on a mobile device to ensure proof of delivery.
- Overtime is available which you will be expected to work when required but adequate notice will be given prior.
- Early morning starts.
