Job description

This role is primarily responsible for the administration and coordination of Wine Education programs. This role involves managing the logistics, resources, and communications necessary to deliver high-quality educational experiences to their customers. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, and a passion for wine and/or Wine Education.
Key Responsibilities
Communication

  • Act as the primary contact for participants, customers, Sales and other internal stakeholders
  • Manage the diaries of the team in relation to training sessions
  • Manage the organisation of the training sessions through communicating appropriately with customers
  • Collect and analyse participant feedback to assess program quality and effectiveness
  • Ensure all wines and educational materials and resources are prepared and coordinated for each training course
  • Communicate with Office Management on course set ups (numbers/lunches etc)

E-learning

  • Manage the administration of registering customers on E-Learning and keeping the system up to date
  • Project manage the development of new E-Learning modules alongside the Head of Education, promoting to sales and customers where appropriate
  • Liaise with the supplier on behalf of our client
  • Report on e-learning usage and trends


 Other responsibilities

 

  • Work with teams internally to develop accurate and digitalised records of training attendance for customers and employees
  • Learn to teach bespoke and full one day courses of the Academy.
  • Where possible, learn to teach WSET Level 1 & 2 courses
  • Suggest and develop further courses and modules to add to the Academy in line with the materials already designed.


About You

 

 

  • WSET Level 3 Minimum
  • Exceptional written communication skills in particular over email
  • A good communicator and presenter
  • Flexible, responsive and efficient
  • Organised and self-motivated
  • Great attention to detail
  • Driver’s license required
