Wine, Supply & Sustainability Administrator

Supporting the wine and supplier related projects within the Wine Society sustainability strategy. Ensuring accuracy in product information for business teams and our members (product data, labels, online information).

Coordinating and communicating promptly with wine suppliers to ensure accuracy of wine labels.Supporting the smooth running of the buying, merchandising, and sustainability marketing departments by coordinating various administrative processes.

The Wine Operations team is a team of 5 who ensure the smooth running of critical cross-functional processes across Buying, Merchandising, Sustainability and Marketing.

The roles face our internal teams, external wine suppliers and growers, as well as industry bodies.

Out of hours support will be needed from time to time to fulfil the demands of the role e.g. responding to QC issues, product withdrawals

This post is office based in Stevenage, and some remote working is available with this role.
