Profile Wireperson
Out client operates mainly as a multi-tier provider, in the military and commercial aerospace markets. Using both research and development, to provide innovative, mission specific bespoke technological solutions to their customer s most complex problems. Duties Wireperson
• Wiring harnesses, cable assemblies and sub-assemblies.
• Electro mechanical Assembly
• Follow work instructions from supervisor and ensure your time is booked correctly using the company s ERP system.
• Working as part of the Wiring Team but also required to work and communicate with other departments during production such as Manufacturing Engineers, Test Technicians and Engineering.
• Appreciation of wiring standards such as IPC/WHMA-A-620
• Report design or material non-conformances.
• Comply with Company policies and procedures concerning safety, environment, Quality and record keeping requirements.
Experience/Qualifications Wireperson
• Electronics biased qualification or equivalent experience
• Proficient in soldering, crimping, lacing and splicing.
• Familiarity with a variety of Mil Spec Connectors, Cable Ident and Cable production techniques
Candidates who are currently an Assembler, Production Operator, Technician, Fitter, Assembly Operative, Machine Operative, Electrical, Electronic or Mechanical Fitter and Wire Person
