Work Pack Manager - Nuclear Decommissioning
Sellafield - 12 Month Contract
£45-53 Per Hour (Inside IR35)
Carrington West are seeking an experience manager of Work Packages to join dynamic team at Sellafield, working for a household name in UK Engineering.
The successful candidate will be able to achieve security clearance for UK Nuclear sites, or have active clearance already
Responsibilities:
Lead multi-discipline Work Package delivery across all project phases.
Own Work Packages from inception to completion, managing changes and maintaining configuration control.
Drive the package team to meet project milestones within timelines, budget, and quality standards.
Act as the primary contact for external subcontractors and design houses, ensuring successful collaboration.
Manage critical external contracts for package implementation.
Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience managing Work Packages on EPC projects.
Success with NEC3 projects.
Proficient in project and customer reporting.
Ideally possess a recognized Project Management qualification.
Experience working in collaborative, multi-disciplinary teams.
Technical expertise in Mechanical and/or EC&I services.
Familiarity with the nuclear sector.
Minimum HND or equivalent educational qualification.
